Girls, boys and teenagers in local community GB groups wear a simple and tidy-looking uniform that creates that all important sense of belonging. It’s easy to order, good quality and creates a great splash of colour – GB’s uniform is something to be proud to wear.
In 2015 a brand new version of uniform was launched, to emphasise the four different groups within the GB family. The front of the tops all carry GB England & Wales’ official logo, but the back now includes the great-looking logos for our different age group sections. You’ll see that these logos and the poloshirt colour schemes match the resources and awards achieved through the GB programme, and you’ll find lots of matching gifts that tie in too.
- n:vestigate for the 4-8s.
- n:gage for the 7-11s.
- n:counta for the 10-14s.
- n:spire for the 13-18s.
Our aim is for all GB members to be wearing the 2015 version of our uniform by the end of 2017, so that we make a colour co-ordinated and ‘uniform’ looking splash in GB’s 125th year (2018).
The 2012 version of poloshirts and outer tops will be stocked in most sizes until December 2015, and may still be worn as uniform until the end of 2017. This means that there is still lots of time left for you to make the swap from the 2012 version to the 2015 version poloshirts and outer tops.
Please note – boys in GB groups may of course wear the same poloshirts as the girls, but if they would prefer a particular look there is a navy poloshirt available, designed specifically for boys.
